Every property transaction has fixed additional expenses known as disbursements.  These will be virtually the same no matter what firm of solicitors you instruct to handle your transaction.  Below is an indication of those expenses so that you can place them in your budget.  Keeping track of how much your transaction will costs is very important so that when it comes to completion you have sufficient funds to do so!
